Nasal taping mechanically opens the nasal passages, making breathing easier and reducing snoring. Nasal taping can improve sleep quality, reduce mouth breathing, and enhance oxygen intake during physical exertion.

The transparent, skin-friendly and drug-free nasal tape ensures comfortable wear throughout the night or during training, and the easy removal minimizes skin irritation. AirFlow is disposable and designed to stay in place, providing reliable support for breathing.
  • Clean and dry the nose area thoroughly to ensure proper adhesion. Avoid using oily or moisturizing skin care products on the nose before use.
  • Remove the nasal strip from the packaging and remove the protective paper. Place the strip on the bridge of your nose so that it is evenly placed over both nostrils.
  • Press the tape lightly but firmly over your nose to ensure a good fit. The nasal tape works by gently lifting the sides of your nose, which opens your airways and improves airflow.

Carefully remove the tape by slowly pulling it inwards from the edges. If desired, you can moisten the tape with warm water to make it easier to remove without irritating the skin.

Warning: The nose tape is for single use only. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. If skin irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use.
